The technical department of CARCO-PRP designs the sealing system of the hydraulic cylinders and suggests the dimensional tolerances and the surface finishing, based on the working conditions of the cylinder: speed, pressure, frequency, temperature, application criticality.
From the chevron packing CARCOTEX in fabric rubber, to the compact seal CARCOMACH/SLF in low friction polyurethane, to the PRP composite seals in PTFE, we cover the complete seal range for hydraulic cylinders.

The CARCO-PRP laboratory performs testing for R&D of new sealing solutions.
We complete our cylinder seal package with guide bands and rings in various materials.
